Using social media, they posted culture content about their company. Whether that was posting about an open position, a candid pic from a meeting or a fun committee event, they generated a culture brand. To encourage employees to share content, they not only created an inbox to share pictures but also created a contest through Instagram where an em- ployee would “take over” the Instagram account by sharing one culture picture a day for a week.
