There is no doubt in my mind that Ashley is a Talent Superhero!Describing this daring crusader, JC explained, Ashley saves the day by strategizing, not reacting. When things are good, it does not surprise me because she has a rock-solid plan that is clearly and transparently laid out to her team. When there are days that are tough, she is consistent, points to the plan, pivots if necessary and remains the teams biggest supporter. Days dont have to be saved as often when you have someone who plans for all 365 of them in advance and creates the best work environment for the most talented people.Audrey SavageGeneral Sales Manager, Graham Media Group, San Antonio, TX Nominated by Ashley Parker, Vice President and General Manager with Graham Media Group, who explained how Audrey uses her superhero strength to lead her team to victory.
