As we know the pandemic sped up the process of turnover in our organizations. Ryan always has a pipeline of talent. This isnt just names but recruits he has had interviews with and layered the foundation of future opportunities and what growth would look like for them. Ryan has evolved as not only a great trainer, but a leader. His team loves him and will run through a wall for him. Describing this masked marvel, Frank went on to share, Ryan embodies the very essence of Talent Superhero. Through the last 3 years we have had some significant turnover, none of which was controllable outside of his promotions. At every turn he fills the gap and UPGRADED our talent. He finds solutions to fill gaps in the process to make it very seamless. Ryan hasnt saved the day.he has saved the year! Stephanie Callihan VP and Market Manager, Cox Media Group, Houston, TX Nominated by Melissa Rivera, Integrated Sales Manager at Cox Media Group, who shared Stephanies superhero origin story by explaining, Stephanie uses all the tools and resources when it comes to finding the right team members. She has recently grown the CMG Houston team from 4 to 11 within the past 6 months. Her mentality is we are always hiring and to keep our pipeline full. After she makes the hire, she makes sure the team member and management team know the road map for their career goals. The TFM training CSS offers is one of the biggest tools Stephanie puts into action every day. We actually took the training as a management team, and she incorporates this into everyday language. Melissa explained that Stephanie uses her powers to fight evil, saving the day for her team. When? Melissa says, Thats the easiest question.every minute, every day, all the time! Stephanie recently has saved the day bringing the team back to the office after Covid. She has gotten our team back out in the community at local events to be able to reconnect with our listeners. Most important, she has saved the day or should I say saved the year by changing the culture at CMG Houston. The team members now look forward to coming to the office and attending station events as a family. 16 Your 2022 Talent Superheroes'
