The Center for Sales Strategy Appoints Elissa Nauful, Successful Sales Leader and Entrepreneur, as Director of Sales
(April 13, 2021) — Successful entrepreneur, Elissa Nauful, joins the leadership team at The Center for Sales Strategy (CSS), starting April 12, 2021, as the Director of Sales. This represents a strong growth move for both Nauful and CSS. The Center for Sales Strategy has seen impressive client and revenue growth in the last several years, driven by innovation at CSS and the launch of two new divisions, LeadG2 and Up Your Culture.

For Nauful, the opportunity was too good to pass up. She will be using her entrepreneurial experience from starting two companies to help take The Center for Sales Strategy, LeadG2, and Up Your Culture to the next stage of development. Her background gives her a unique understanding of how all three companies help clients. 2023 will be the 40-year anniversary of CSS—and with Nauful as part of the leadership team—the company is poised for stronger growth and innovation.

Nauful has always been a new business leader and creative thinker that has used the CSS principles to advance her career. Her first experiences go back to 2002 when she was selling for Media General, a CSS client.
She spent the last 15 years running two digital marketing agencies, the Ingenuity Group and BallywhoSocial. When she started that journey in 2006, she was one of the first to see social media's power to impact business outcomes. Nauful is stepping away from BallywhoSocial and will devote her full attention as a key member of the CSS leadership team.

Nauful was featured in the Tampa Bay Business Journal as one of the 50 fastest-growing companies in 2013. She also maintained woman-owned business status from NAWBO and WBENC (Women’s Business Enterprise National Council), and she spoke to the prestigious Pointer Institute for a TEDx talk.
She has been featured on numerous media and audio outlets throughout her career, discussing social and digital strategies and best practices, work-life balance, running a company, and living a life without fear. Nauful is a graduate of Clemson University with a degree in Marketing and a concentration in Services Marketing. She is a Paul Harris Fellow and has sat on the board of several non-profit organizations and chamber of commerce advisory councils.
Nauful is the mother to two incredible adult children, an avid fly fisher, terrible gardener and camper, adventurous traveler, and lover of food, wine, and laughter. She shares her home with Sella, her rescue Great Pyrenees who manages the other pets in the house, Remley, Reese, Sherlock, and Dr. Watson.
